North Berwick Wells Road, Route 9 - Responsibilities:
Plan and perform hand and/or machine welding and associated metal joining process to fabricate or repair parts;
Read and interpret drawings, welding machine schedules, instructions;
Set equipment parameters (gas flow etc.) to obtain quality welds;
Operate computer-controlled welding equipment or hand welding torch to complete welding cycle;
Use X-Ray film or black light process to determine repairs; build up finished machine surfaces and repair cracks
