Pay Rate: $33 – $36.30 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Assignment Length: Direct‑Hire

Typical daily duties:- Oversee efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
- Develop and train staff through coaching and mentorship
- Ensure production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved
- Build and lead a cohesive, high-performing team
- Enforce company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing supervisory experience
- Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs daily, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts
- Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred
