The Role:The Coatings and Product Development Specialist will lead product quality improvements, coating innovation, and R&D initiatives. This role works closely with manufacturing and commercial teams to enhance coating systems, develop value-added products, and support overall operational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading coating and product R&D, optimizing application processes, supporting siding and trim product development, managing supplier relationships, troubleshooting production and coating issues, ensuring product quality and efficiency, and providing technical support and training.
