Job Details

This full‑time, permanent role requires operating, setting up, and programming 5‑axis CNC machines to create high‑quality precision parts. It offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up 5‑axis CNC machines to produce high‑quality precision parts.

Read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate production.

Use precision measurement tools to inspect parts and ensure they meet specified tolerances.

Program CNC machines according to specifications.

Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machines or parts.

Conduct regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.

Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, specifically with 4‑ and 5‑axis machines.

Extensive knowledge and experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and schematics.

Experience with precision measurement tools.

Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot efficiently.

High level of attention to detail and ability to produce precision parts that meet specified tolerances.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.
