** Daily work includes:*
* + Handling and stacking lumber throughout the shift

+ Running and supporting sawmill equipment and production flow

+ Keeping production moving  
** safely and efficiently*
* + Working in varying conditions (dust, noise, heat/cold)

** Qualities we're looking for:*
* + Ability to  
** lift and move material
** for the full 12-hour shift

+  
** Punctuality + consistent attendance + weekend availability*
* +  
** Reliable transportation*
* + Strong work ethic and good judgment/critical thinking

+  
** Safety-first attitude
** and commitment to safe work practices

Sawmill or industrial experience is great, but our client is  
** happy to*
* ** train candidates that can demonstrate they are

** eliable and motivated** .

** Understanding the process**  **:*
* You'll meet with  
** Manpower first** , then if selected to move forward we will schedule an  
** in-person interview with a hiring manager at the mill** . If you're a match, turnaround is typically fast. We'll discuss your start date
