12‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday.

Location:

Ashland.

If you’re dependable, show up every day, and have reliable transportation, you can earn a permanent spot (typically in about 2–3 months) and work your way up.

• Handling and stacking lumber throughout the shift
• Running and supporting sawmill equipment and production flow
• Keeping production moving safely and efficiently
• Working in varying conditions (dust, noise, heat/cold)

• Ability to lift and move material for the full 12‑hour shift
• Punctuality and consistent attendance, including weekend availability
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and good judgment/critical thinking
• Safety‑first attitude and commitment to safe work practices

Sawmill or industrial experience is great, but our client is happy to train candidates that can demonstrate they are reliable and motivated.
