Mölnlycke, a medical device manufacturer in Wiscasset, ME, is seeking a full‑time Production Technician for the Day Shift (5:00am – 3:00PM). We support manufacturing of healthcare products worldwide. We’re looking for people with passion and teamwork skills.

- Starting pay rate of $21.75 an hour.
- $2.00 shift differential between 5:30pm to 5:30am.

- Monday–Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm (workdays and hours may vary; occasional overtime and weekend work may be required).

Perform various production processing duties required in the manufacturing of SWC products, including the manufacture of fluidized medium and fluidized positioners from raw material to finished good. Follow good manufacturing processes and comply with local and global regulations.
What You’ll Need- Pre‑employment physical, background check, and at least two professional references.
- Proven success working in a team‑based environment and ability to meet performance measures with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to make well‑reasoned decisions independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Ability to work overtime to meet production goals.
- At least 75% of the workdays spent walking or standing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; regular handling, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, and grasping.
- Close vision and color vision required; ability to wear a respirator.
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or related environment preferred but not required.
