Job Title: Operator
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating equipment to produce high-quality materials to customer specifications. You'll work closely with your supervisor and team to ensure smooth production, monitor equipment performance, and maintain safety standards.
This role offers hands-on involvement with a variety of responsibilities and opportunities for skill development.
What You'll Do
As an Operator, you will be responsible for
- Setting up machines according to provided setup cards
- Loading and threading materials through the loom
- Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met
- Recording production data such as weight, thickness, and width
- Weighing and recording finished rolls
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of your work area
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed setup instructions and production procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to distinguish color variations and identify quality issues
- Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery and moving parts
