• Starting pay $20.00/hr with opportunity to increase to $29.90/hr based on skills.

• General labor work within the sawmill, including stacking and packaging lumber, and operating machinery in a clean, high‑tech environment.
• Prioritize safety around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work effectively in a team focused on safety and production goals.

• Less than 2 years of experience required.
• Self‑motivated, hard worker who wants to work with the best technology in the industry.
• Willingness to work shift work.
