Responsibilities:

• Coordinate asphalt plant activity
• Communicate daily workload
• Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start‑up
• Supervise personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain basic computer skills, and strong communication and organization skills

• $30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
• Annual increase potential
