3rd Shift / Overnight Schedule (5x8) What You Will Do- Apply CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), Lean and other continuous improvement techniques to develop and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing quality, throughput and delivery integrity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a multi‑skilled group of team members engaged in the manufacture and repair of jet engine components.
- Ensure employees are adequately trained and work in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
- Bridge business objectives across three operating shifts and have availability across all shifts.
- Support all legal obligations such as United States Government contracting and Administration of FAA policies and procedures.
- Make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve the effectiveness of the work area.
- Set day‑to‑day operational objectives for the team.
- Execute basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related environment OR Associate's degree and minimum 4 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related environment.
- In lieu of a degree, 6 or more years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality or related environment.
- Experience in MS Office applications, specifically MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills.
- Proven flexibility/adaptability in high‑stress, ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize.
- Working knowledge of new product/process technologies.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
