2nd Shift Production Supervisor – 4-Day Work Week at a Global Manufacturer
Pay Rate: $27–$36/hour + shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

We are hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our client

- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies
- Monitor production processes to ensure safe, efficient operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff, ensuring proper training and coverage
- Oversee daily line operations and directly supervise production employees
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations of team members
- 2–5 years of experience as a manufacturing or production supervisor
- Direct oversight experience of 10+ employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage production priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
