Operations Team – Engine Component Repair (2nd Shift)

• Plan and perform hand fusion, machine welding, or other metal‑joining processes to fabricate or repair engine components.
• Work from drawings, sketches, welding schedules, and verbal or written instructions.
• Set equipment parameters such as gas flow and other settings to achieve quality welds.
• Prepare and align parts for welding, securing details as needed.
• Operate computer‑controlled welding equipment and hand‑held torches to complete cycles.
• Use X‑ray film or black‑light inspection to assess repairs, build surfaces, and correct defects.
• Employ measuring instruments to verify dimensions and record results.
• Perform routine servicing of assigned equipment following written procedures and checklists.
• Refer complex problems to supervisors or leading teams and maintain appropriate metal‑joining certifications.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED (minimum).
• 1+ year related experience, or a post‑secondary or vocational degree/certificate in a related field with 0‑1+ years of experience.

• Certified welding credential covering at least two metal groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including overtime.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
