• The Materials Supervisor will provide leadership to the NBRO materials organization.
• Apply CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), Lean and other continuous improvement techniques to develop and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing quality, throughput and delivery integrity.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a multi-skilled group of team members engaged in the distribution of material to and from NBRO manufacturing cells (RX Inspection, Dock team, Crib team, and Tool Kitters).
• Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained in all storage locations and well; coordinate shipping logistics for delivering material from the facility back to customers.
• Ensure employees are adequately trained and work in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Consult on annual inventory plan based on percentage of forecasted sales plan and P&W inventory initiatives.
• Monitor monthly inventory turns and adjust as necessary to achieve a minimum increase of .5 turns per year.
• Interact with both internal and external cross‑functional groups throughout the supply chain to support NBRO and GRS objectives.
• Monitor supply chain for delivery performance and promise integrity.
• Develop new supply options where necessary; monitor inventory levels and adjust as necessary.
• Have flexibility relative to department assignment and be available for off‑shift work.

• Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, business, quality or related environment.
• Or associate's degree and 4 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, business, quality or related environment.
• In the absence of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 6 years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, business, quality or related environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Demonstrated skill and success in team leadership, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge of new product / process technologies.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in high stress, ambiguous environments.

The salary range for this role is $68,900 USD - $131,100 USD. The role may offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match and other programs based on the business unit.
