Materials Specialist - Buyer, 1st shift, S4; Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Support inventory management activities
• Perform SAP transactions for material purchases and vendor processing
• Coordinate material delivery to production areas
• Support crib accuracy initiatives and continuous improvement
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in materials and storage areas
• Follow standard work and established material handling procedures
• Support daily operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Support VMI processes
• Customer and internal PO creation, reviews, and edits

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in materials, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Preferred: MRP and scheduling background
• Excellent SAP experience
• Experience in aerospace or manufacturing
• Procurement exposure and experience
• Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in material handling
