Production Employee / Machine Operator

To strengthen our production team at the Nerchau location, we are looking for a production employee / machine operator for manufacturing.

What you will do:

• You are responsible for the production of our high-quality color concentrates of the Caparol Industrial Solutions brand.
• You control and monitor modern, semi- or fully-automatic production facilities – e.g. for rubber and plastic extrusion.
• You independently set up the facilities and ensure a smooth production process.
• You prepare the required raw materials and ensure an exact mixture according to the recipe.
• You always keep an eye on the quality and quantity of production orders and ensure that everything runs according to plan.
• Taking into account the occupational safety and health regulations, you are involved in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed a commercial-technical training (e.g. as a chemist or process mechanic) – or have already gained first experience in the operation of machines in a production company (lateral entrants are welcome).
• You work independently, reliably, and think solution-oriented.
• You value teamwork and actively participate in a collegial environment.
• You have organizational talent and a good sense for quality.
• You are willing to work in a three-shift system.
• A forklift license is desirable, but not required.
