Your Team

We offer a position within our Product Management (PMO) department, working closely with R&D, Aftermarket, Operations, and Sales.

You will join our Earthmoving Solutions team, which today consists of two Product Managers, a Product Specialist one Sr. Product Engineer - working closely together to drive product development and deliver customer value.

Your Role

As Product Engineer you will play a key role in translating product strategy into execution. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will help define marked needs, and shape product requirements incl. solutions for excavators and wheel loaders. In doing so, you ensure strong alignment between development output and customer expectations.

You will…
  • Engage closely with key stakeholders, including Product Owners in development teams, the Support organization, and Sales Regions worldwide.
  • Integrate customer and application insights throughout all stages of product development to enable truly customer-centric innovation.
  • Define, document, and maintain detailed requirements for both product enhancements and new product development.
  • Act as a key member of the Product Management team, collaborating with R&D and Product Design to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Play a central role in acceptance, validation, and user-focused testing to ensure overall product success.
  • Act as a key interface between customers, Product Management, and R&D, with a strong focus on execution, testing, delivery, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Travel activity:
Your duties may entail 15-20% travel activity in Denmark, Sweden and abroad.

Your Background and Experience

You bring a strong costumer focus and an ability to collaborate effectively across functions, preferably combined with experience from a heavy construction or mining environments.

Experience with product development processes and agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe is an advantage.

We expect you hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Surveying, Business, Technology, or a related field, or bring an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • You thrive in a collaborative, international setting and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You bring relevant experience within construction or technology and have a strong understanding of end-user needs.
  • You are detail-oriented, consistent, and quality-driven, taking pride in delivering robust and valuable products.
  • You enjoy working closely with heavy construction equipment and are comfortable in these environments, whether through hands-on work, field visits, or direct interaction with users.
  • You have strong analytical capabilities and can translate complex customer needs and technical input into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • You are comfortable representing the product as a speaker, trainer, or subject matter expert at events, trade shows, customer sites, and internal training sessions.
