In the role as head of maintenance and automation engineers at Octapharma, you have an overarching responsibility for leading, developing, and securing effective and reliable maintenance work.

You lead a team of specialists in a production-close and technically advanced environment, where the focus is on operational safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Your duties and responsibilities include leading, planning, and developing the section's maintenance work and being part of the department's management group.

Ensure effective maintenance of production equipment in close collaboration with production, technicians, and engineers. Develop, improve, and implement maintenance strategies, routines, and working methods in the applicable maintenance systems. Be responsible for the section's goals, metrics, and results and drive improvement measures. Raise the technical competence and quality level within the section through active leadership and learning. Ensure good cooperation between the section's two areas of expertise: electrical and mechanics.

Work to strengthen cooperation with production. Ensure effective planning of Octapharma's annual summer shutdown. Ensure regulatory compliance (GMP), instructions, and participation in internal/external inspections and technical investigations.

Your background includes relevant higher education with a technical focus. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English. Many years of experience as a maintenance/service technician in the process industry. Documented experience in personnel and work environment responsibility. Meritable experience within GMP Maintenance in Technical Unit. Technical Unit is organized in the departments Engineering, Maintenance, Facility & Utilities, Automation & Metrology. Technical Unit is responsible for the production facility, buildings, and other equipment being on site and functioning.
