Job Title:
Earth Station Maintenance Engineer
Location:
Andover, ME Duration: 24 Months Shift Structure & Training The facility operates
** 24/7**, requiring a rotating schedule to maintain coverage.
*
* Schedule:
** 4x10 shift (4 days on, 3 days off). Shift Times:
** Day:
** 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
** Swing:
** 1:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
** Midshift:
** 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
** Onboarding:
** New hires will spend the first 2 months on day shift for training before being moved to swing or midshifts to fill current staffing gaps.
