Machine Operators 2nd and 3rd Shift

Overview

We are hiring Machine Operators at our North Monmouth Plant, 105 North Main Street. Our company is a leading global manufacturer of high‑performance textiles used in aircraft, automotive, filtration, protective apparel, defense and space applications.

• Frequent standing, walking and lifting (10–75 lbs) for up to 8 hours daily.
• Twisting, kneeling, bending and manual dexterity required.
• Ability to distinguish color variations and maintain good vision.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Shift work: 2nd shift Monday–Friday 2 p.m.–10 p.m. (shift premium $0.30 per hour); 3rd shift Saturday–Sunday 10 p.m.–6 a.m. (shift premium $0.40 per hour).

• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Good vision with ability to distinguish color differences.

Pay is position specific, ranging from $20.00 to $24.72 per hour based on the role.
