Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

• Handling and stacking lumber throughout the shift
• Running and supporting sawmill equipment and production flow
• Keeping production moving safely and efficiently
• Working in varying conditions (dust, noise, heat/cold)

• Ability to lift and move material for the full 12-hour shift
• Punctuality + consistent attendance + weekend availability
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and good judgment/critical thinking
• Safety-first attitude and commitment to safe work practices

In most cases we train candidates that can demonstrate they are reliable and motivated
. Prior sawmill or industrial experience is great.

You’ll meet with Manpower first
, then if selected to move forward we will schedule an in‑person interview with a hiring manager at the mill. If you’re a match, turnaround is typically fast. We’ll discuss your start date —
