Job Title:

Manufacturing Test Technician Pay: $23-29 per hour

1st

Shift: Monday
- Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM 2nd

Shift: Monday
- Thursday, 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM Weekend

Shift: Friday
- Sunday, 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM

As a Manufacturing Test Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our innovative electronic products. You'll work closely with our engineering and production teams to deliver results that keep our products running smoothly.

What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Test Technician, you will be responsible for:
Testing and Repair:
Perform tests, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electronic products to ensure quality standards are met. Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and test equipment, guaranteeing optimal performance for all testing protocols. Fixture Development:
Design and create test fixtures as needed to facilitate effective and efficient testing processes. Documentation:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all work-related activities to ensure traceability and compliance. Problem Solving:
Utilize your analytical skills to address and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Education:

High School Graduate or equivalent. Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Skills:

Ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for electro-mechanical products. Technical Proficiency:
Experience with electronics assembly, soldering, and mechanical assembly. Computer Knowledge:
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using measuring devices. Personal Characteristics: A proactive attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
