** Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

** Assignment Length:
** Seasonal or Temp-to-Hire

Our client is hiring a skilled  
** Welder/Fabricator
** to support growing project demand across the Mars Hill, Presque Isle, and Caribou areas. This position offers  **$20+/hour based on experience
** and is  
** seasonal or temp-to-hire** , providing a strong path to long-term opportunity.

This is a  
** hands-on, skill-building role
** where you'll work on a variety of fabrication projects-from potato quonsets to commercial structures-while being part of a team that takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship. Apply today!

** Typical daily duties:*
* - Fabricate, weld, and assemble metal components

- Read blueprints and perform precision measurements

- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards across shop and field projects

* - Prior hands-on welding and metal fabrication experience (no certification required)

- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork mindset
