Responsibilities- Set-up and run CNC equipment to prove out new machining processes and G-code.
- Perform CNC machine adjustments and program edits.
- Set-up Machine Tooling and provide maintenance.
- Use various types of inspection tools.
- Perform setup operations to process documents.
- Perform basic part measurement inspections.
- Maintain traceability (product, material, and calibration).
- Load parts with hoist system.
- Create, inspect, and document part features.
- Minimum 3 years CNC experience or 2 years CNC experience with associate's degree.
- Ability to read blueprints and familiarity with GD&T.
- Experience with CNC machine setup and G-code programming.
- Experience with common measuring devices.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Basic shop math.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning Tolerance.
- Knowledge of Cartesian coordinate system.
- Safe work habits.

- Monday to Friday Day Shift schedule, 8 or more hours shifts.
- Monday to Thursday Night Shift schedule, 10-hour shifts.
