What You Will DoWeekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 3‑week training program and 4‑8 weeks of on‑the‑job training.
- Set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines, vertical turret lathes or VTCs to perform routine production operations on similar weldments and assemblies.
- Work from operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS and oral instruction to set up equipment for grinding, turning, facing, boring and/or chamfering operations involving a limited number of surfaces to be machined.
- Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Obtain operator certification to accept or reject parts.
- Maintain machines by performing required total preventive maintenance (TPM).
- Work collaboratively with engineers, quality assurance, programmers and other production personnel to resolve machining problems and assist in part process development.
- Skills, systems, and processes critical to aerospace manufacturing within a state‑of‑the‑art facility.

- High School or GED.
- 1+ years of manufacturing, automotive or related trade experience.
- Ability to make computations involving decimals and fractions.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.

This on‑site role includes primarily production and maintenance work. Employees are responsible for commuting to the assigned site. The interview process may include in‑person steps regardless of role type.
