What You Will Do

This is a Weekend Shift 2 Opportunity. Friday – Sunday (3 x12 hour shifts) 6pm – 6:30am Friday – Sunday.

  • Employees selected for this position will participate in 4‑8 weeks of the on‑the‑job training.
  • Learn to perform routine assembly operations on large sections of current engine designs and a variety of similar assemblies.
  • Learn to work from operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, and oral instruction to complete tasks.
  • Learn to verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
  • Obtain operator Certification to be able to accept/reject parts.
  • Learn to maintain machines by performing required total preventive maintenance (TPM).
  • Learn to work collaboratively with engineers, quality assurance, programmers and other production personnel to resolve assembly problems and assist in part process development.
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Salary range: $18.30 – $34.40 per hour (good faith estimate).

Qualifications You Must Have

High School or GED.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • 1+ years of manufacturing, automotive or related trade experience.
  • Ability to make computations involving decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
