Fish Cutter Position
The Fish Cutter position will perform the following duties:
- Utilizes hand tools to cut fish portion control cuts to specifications.
- Monitors quality control and sanitation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position details:
- Work schedule:
5 days per week (can vary Monday through Saturday) Sundays off. - Time: 6pm to 3am (night shift)
- Pay rate: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
