We're hiring Production Builders, Painters & Laborers for a popular client in Pittsfield. TypicalDaily Duties:
- Assisting the production team with parts preparation and material handling
- Assembly and building of fixtures and products
- Loading and unloading paint racks and supporting finishing processes
- Performing quality assurance checks to ensure products meet standards
- Ability to read a tape measure through 16ths
- General labor, construction, manufacturing, finishing, or related hands-on experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Adaptability to work in multiple areas including paint/stain, parts prep, material handling, and production building
- Candidates with autobody painting, spray finishing, or related experience are encouraged to apply
