Instead of chasing projects and materials from job to job, you'll work in one location creating custom wood products as part of an experienced team, while enjoying the benefit of a three-day weekend most weeks.

• Lead a team of production carpenters while assisting with complex custom orders
• Measure, assemble, and build custom wood products with a high degree of accuracy
• Read and interpret blueprints and translate designs into finished products using industrial woodworking tools
• Apply quality finish work and account for material variations to ensure exceptional craftsmanship

• Extensive experience in cabinetry, joinery, woodworking, or finish carpentry
• Ability to lead and support a team in a production environment
• Strong blueprint reading skills and exceptional attention to detail and measurements
• Experience producing high-quality finished products rather than rough framing or form construction
