Lead a Module Assembly Operations Cell and provide leadership to hourly employees;
Apply CORE Lean and continuous improvement techniques to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery while reducing costs;
Drive manpower planning, first-pass yield, and process certification; emphasize ergonomic risk reduction and safety;
Communicate and align across shifts to meet production ramp rates and schedule objectives;
Conduct performance reviews, toolbox meetings, and maintain two-way communications and policy adherence
