Candidates with experience in construction, carpentry, manufacturing, warehouse work, shipping and receiving, woodworking, assembly, painting, autobody, finishing, landscaping, or general labor are encouraged to apply. Typical Daily Duties- Assisting with production building, assembly, and fabrication projects
- Preparing materials and components for production processes
- Loading, unloading, organizing, and moving materials throughout the facility
- Supporting warehouse operations with picking & packing
- Loading and unloading paint racks and assisting with finishing processes
- Operating hand and power tools as needed
- Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Working collaboratively with team members across multiple departments
- Ability to read a tape measure through 16ths
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, painting, assembly, general labor, or related fields preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in multiple production areas
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance
- Candidates with autobody painting, spray finishing, carpentry, or warehouse experience are encouraged to apply
