As a Laborer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our production line operations. You'll work closely with supervisory staff to ensure smooth manufacturing processes and uphold safety standards, making a tangible impact on our projects.
What You'll Do As a Precast Labor, you will be responsible for:
Preparing forms for pouring and ensuring they are clean and ready for use Pouring, troweling, and stripping finished products Operating tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively Assisting with form maintenance, form loading, and other general labor duties Conducting post pour inspections What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
