Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for your next opportunity? Our client is hiring a Night Shift Production Supervisor in Ashland, Maine to oversee operations, develop employees, and drive production excellence. This position offers $65,000 – $85,000 per year and is Temp-to-Hire with outstanding long-term career growth potential. This is an exciting leadership role where you’ll make a direct impact on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while helping build and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.

Typical Daily Duties:
  • Oversee all night shift production activities and ensure production goals are met
  • Lead, train, coach, and support production employees while promoting a strong safety culture
  • Schedule personnel, complete weekly payroll submissions, and monitor employee performance
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures and housekeeping expectations
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
  • Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges and improve processes
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior manufacturing experience required
  • Supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience with employee scheduling and payroll administration
  • Knowledge of production, quality, and workplace safety standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
  • Availability to work night shift and flexible hours as needed
