Our client is hiring a Night Shift Production Supervisor in Ashland, Maine to oversee operations, develop employees, and drive production excellence. This position offers $65,000 – $85,000 per year and is Temp-to-Hire with outstanding long-term career growth potential. - Oversee all night shift production activities and ensure production goals are met
- Lead, train, coach, and support production employees while promoting a strong safety culture
- Schedule personnel, complete weekly payroll submissions, and monitor employee performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures and housekeeping expectations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
- Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges and improve processes
- Prior manufacturing experience required
- Supervisory, team lead, or leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with employee scheduling and payroll administration
- Knowledge of production, quality, and workplace safety standards
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Availability to work night shift and flexible hours as needed
