Road & Rail Services is hiring dependable, motivated employees for our automotive production operation in Lincoln, Alabama
. This is a hands-on general labor position supporting the installation of accessories and components on newly manufactured vehicles.

Automotive experience is not required. If you are comfortable using basic hand tools, enjoy working with your hands, can follow instructions, and take pride in quality work, this may be a great opportunity to build new skills and start a long-term career.

Unlike a traditional hourly production job, this position offers a guaranteed base hourly wage plus piece-rate earnings
. Your additional earnings are based on qualifying completed production while meeting required safety and quality standards.

You will receive a guaranteed base hourly rate for your work. In addition, employees have the opportunity to earn piece-rate/incentive compensation based on qualifying productivity
.

Employees who become proficient and consistently complete quality work efficiently can increase their overall weekly earnings.

This is an active general labor and automotive production position
. Your day may include:

Installing approved accessories and components on new vehicles

Using basic hand tools, torque wrenches, and light power tools

Reading work orders and matching parts to the correct vehicle

Inspecting vehicles and materials before beginning work

Following step-by-step installation instructions

Checking completed work for proper fit, operation, and quality

Recording completed production accurately

Moving automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required

Keeping tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized

Reporting damaged parts, vehicle concerns, or equipment issues

Following all company, customer, quality, and safety procedures

Candidates should have:

Ability to safely use or learn to use basic hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Motivation to work efficiently in a piece-rate production environment

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid state-issued driver's license when operating vehicles or company equipment
