Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 + 10% weekend shift differential

Precinmac is a leading supplier of mission‑critical, high‑precision machined components for aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and automation industries. We’re seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in 4‑axis horizontal milling and/or lathe/mill‑turn machining — someone who thrives on precision and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

Setup & Adjustments
— Load parts, set offsets, prove programs, perform edits, deburr, and inspect

Blueprint Interpretation
— Read drawings, GD&T, manuals, and specifications to determine tolerances and machining sequences

Inspection & Measurement
— Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, and CMM data to verify accuracy

Troubleshooting
— Identify malfunctions, out‑of‑tolerance conditions, and adjust machines or tooling as needed

Collaboration
— Work with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues

Maintenance
— Keep equipment clean, organized, and running efficiently

Compliance
— Follow AS9100, safety regulations, and company policies

High School Diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred

2‑year degree in Precision Machining or 2+ years CNC machining experience in aerospace, medical, or high‑precision environments

Experience machining medium to high‑complexity parts

Knowledge of programming language
, tooling, inserts, fixtures, and machining accessories

Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and engineering drawings

Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, CMM exposure)

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Ability to run multiple machines independently or as part of a team

Adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
