• Identifying ways to streamline workflows and improve how work gets done.
• Creating content that supports member growth and product awareness.
• Supporting marketing efforts such as promotions, updates, recaps, and campaign execution.
• Assisting with financial education programming and scholarship coordination.

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Takes initiative without waiting for direction.
• Balances creativity with execution.
• Stays organized across multiple projects.
• Understands what content fits the brand and what does not.
• Accepts feedback and uses it to improve.
• Brings forward ideas and completes them.
• Has strong video creation and editing skills.
• Has experience managing or growing social media accounts.
• Is comfortable learning and using new tools and technologies.
