Role Summary and Impact
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for the overall media plan at a tactical level across all media channels. You will act as the primary point of contact between our specialists, the Client Director and the client.
Your responsibilities include coordinating planning across our various internal disciplines, as well as optimizing workflows and activities. It also includes planning digital media. You will play a crucial role in the success of campaigns for leading brands.
This role offers a chance to develop your leadership skills by leading client teams consisting of specialists across all media types.
Some of the things we would like you to do:
* Receives briefs alongside the Client Director.
* Develops media recommendations in collaboration with the Client Director, considering creative solutions, technology, and data.
* Responsible for applying learnings from previous campaigns across all media types to future campaigns.
* Assigns tasks to relevant specialists, both offline and online.
* Responsible for consolidating the tactical planning for the entire campaign across all channels and ensuring they collectively meet established KPIs.
* Responsible for developing an overarching digital plan in collaboration with the specialists.
* Responsible for ensuring follow-up and reporting for all channels is conducted in accordance with client agreements.
* Initiates and participates in status meetings regarding campaign activation/performance with the client
Skills and Experience
We believe you have three to five years of relevant experience within marketing and media, gained either from an agency, publisher, media/tech environment, or from the client side. You have experience in media planning, media buying, and negotiation, and are a proactive and structured professional with strong attention to detail and a clear sense of responsibility.
You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and are a strong relationship builder with a clear client focus and a solid understanding of business fundamentals and what drives profitability.
To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, together with an understanding of client agreements and how to work optimally within established frameworks, are key.
* Experience in Marketing and Media/Tech and/or Business Administration.
* Experience in media planning or media buying/negotiation.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
* An excellent relationship builder, both internally and externally - with a strong client focus.
* Analytical ability to interpret data and present actionable conclusions or insights.
* Good communication skills, presentation techniques, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of our business and what drives our profitability.
* Ability to understand the components of a client agreement to act optimally within established frameworks.
