Job Summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate Brand Manager – International to join its International Sales and Marketing team. The role focuses on developing international brand strategies, accelerating global product launches, and supporting brand equity for key product lines across more than 130 countries.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in the development, execution and tracking of short‑term and long‑term brand growth strategies.
  • Provide overall marketing support to international markets to enable core brand strategy execution.
  • Act as liaison between lead market marketing and international marketing teams, representing international needs and assessing initiative impacts on the global business.
  • Monitor and analyze syndicated sales, market‑share data, and competitive trends on a global basis.
  • Support new product development projects, including launches, line extensions, packaging redesigns and marketing campaigns for local markets.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Regulatory and Supply Chain to ensure product eligibility, compliance and operational continuity.
  • Track and report on global product roll‑outs and performance versus planned goals.
  • Support the development of global brand footprint through positioning and communication strategies.
  • Create international playbooks that define marketing fundamentals, go‑to‑market strategies and brand guidelines for internal and external partners.
  • Contribute to creative briefs and development of global brand communications, including traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Oversee packaging development to ensure global consistency.
  • Coordinate and distribute communication plans to maintain consistent global brand messaging.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CPG/FMCG.
  • Experience working with international markets and cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, collaborative with ability to meet tight deadlines independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and adapt to shifting business needs.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, not a requirement.
