Since launching over two decades ago, we’ve built multiple sales channels across DTC websites and third-party marketplaces. We’re passionate about designing inspiring, on-trend furniture that brings customers’ home décor dreams to life.
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead strategy, positioning, and growth across one or more of our brands. This role will play a critical part in driving performance, ensuring brand consistency, and identifying opportunities to scale within a fast-moving, multi-channel environment.
Role OverviewThe Senior Brand Manager owns brand strategy and performance across digital and marketplace channels. This role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, Operations, Innovation, and 3P teams to align positioning, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
This is a highly strategic, performance-oriented role for someone who can translate insights into action and influence across teams.
Responsibilities- Lead brand strategy and positioning to ensure clear differentiation and market relevance.
- Own and evolve brand messaging frameworks across DTC and marketplace channels.
- Partner with Marketing and Advertising to develop campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with 3P teams (Amazon and other marketplaces) to ensure brand integrity and performance alignment.
- Work closely with Analytics to interpret performance data and guide growth strategies.
- Identify customer insights, category trends, and competitive dynamics to inform brand direction.
- Partner with Innovation to align new product initiatives with brand positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Contribute to pricing, assortment strategy, and channel prioritization decisions.
- Support forecasting, revenue planning, and performance targets for assigned brand(s).
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
