TikTok Shop Manager - Poland

Role Overview

The Tik Tok Shop Lead (Poland) will be responsible for launching, growing, and scaling Shark Ninja’s Tik Tok Shop business in the Polish market. This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands‑on execution. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of Tik Tok Shop operations.

• Own the Tik Tok Shop strategy for Poland: set targets, roadmap, and growth plan aligned with Shark Ninja’s broader D2C/E‑commerce goals.
• Commercial leadership: manage P&L for Tik Tok Shop Poland, delivering against sales and profitability targets.
• Content and creator partnerships: build and scale relationships with Tik Tok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.
• Campaign execution: develop, launch, and optimize Tik Tok campaigns, leveraging data‑driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Promotions and pricing: strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with DTC, Social and Category Marketing, Operations, and global Tik Tok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Data and reporting: monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
• Market insights: stay on top of Tik Tok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep Shark Ninja ahead.

• Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce;
  Tik Tok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in Polish and English (written & spoken).
