Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator – is responsible for developing and executing plans and strategies to drive sales for the company, service, or product for Central Boiler Companies. In this role, you will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. You will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, manage social media and assist with websites as assigned, and create and deploy emails to end users and Dealers along with ad campaigns targeting potential Dealers and retail consumers.

General Responsibilities- Support Corporate and Dealer marketing efforts for brands as assigned
- Liaise with Marketing team members and IT web developers regarding website changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Monitor, maintain and assist with the implementation of company’s web presence through social media, developing brand awareness, online communication, emails and generating inbound traffic
- Plan, design and implement a social media schedule and digital media campaigns to promote products, company culture and brand
- Analyze reports, KPI’s and perform tests to determine success of social media efforts
- Respond in a timely manner to social media communications and messages to generate satisfied customer reviews
- Collaborate with other departments (customer service, sales, etc.) to manage reputation and coordinate actions
- Utilize creative marketing skills to help generate brand awareness, sales and promote customer service through social media networks and emails
- Plan, design and implement advertising strategies including print ads, and paid digital advertising such as Facebook, Linked In and Instagram ads
- Review and prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign and program success
- Record advertising data in a database with the following additional information; advertising orders (dates, sizes and costs), publication contact information, ad format requirements, circulation and other information as needed
- Verify and approve advertising invoices
- Assist with development of websites to improve user experience and SEO best practices
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Plan and design prospective dealer campaigns for the Dealer Development Team
- Create and distribute Dealer communications, including but not limited to monthly marketing newsletter and Dealer Bulletins to dealers
- Create and update ad slicks and point of purchase materials for dealer use
- Maintain documents on the Dealer E-Comm site such as forms, programs, promotional materials utilizing the Dealer Website Document Management program
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, advertising or communications or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Attention to detail, accurate and high-quality work, organized with the ability to prioritize workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Collaborate and build excellent relationships with cross-functional teams
- Intermediate computer and software skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,and MS Office
- Innovative and creative mindset
- Project Management experience
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen, performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head and other parts of the body. May include bending, squatting, reaching and lifting.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $25.00 to $32.00 per hour with overtime available. The salary range for the position will be determined by several factors, such as the candidate’s previous related work experience, education, knowledge, technical skills, performance and abilities.
