Saco Valley Credit Union

In this role, you'll support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, helping strengthen brand awareness, member engagement, and support the Credit Union’s growth objectives.

- Partner with Operations and Lending to enhance the member experience across key touchpoints

- Learn, grow, and develop within SVCU
- Create and manage content for social media, websites, emails, and digital banking
- Support member communication strategies, including promotional materials, educational content, and event marketing
- Assist with graphic design, copywriting, and layout for marketing materials
- Participate in the planning and promotion of Credit Union events and community initiatives
- Monday-Friday schedule; hybrid eligible with weekly on-site presence (Saco and Waterboro, ME) after onboarding
- Pay range: $20.14-$ 30.21 hourly. Hiring pay range is typically $20.14-$23.18 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

Education and Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
- One to three years of experience in marketing required, preferably in financial services
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management, email platforms, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), or similar)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong computer and general office equipment knowledge
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, developing and maintaining positive relationships in a hybrid environment
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, with weekly on-site presence after onboarding. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is located in an office environment with frequent interruptions and a quiet to moderate noise level. Computer use is frequent and regular. Travel to various locations, typically within the State of Maine, may be frequent. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
