• Assist in developing and executing engaging social media content strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube and Tik Tok.
• Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance social media posts.
• Monitor social media channels through tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, responding to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment.
• Support SEO efforts by researching keywords and optimizing content for better visibility on search engines.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform‑specific analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on media editing tasks, proofreading content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout; understanding of social media analytics is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools is a plus.
  
  Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
