Blood Donor Ambassador
The local American Red Cross office is seeking volunteers to assist with local blood drives as a Blood Donor Ambassador.
In this role you will provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service, engage with blood donors to promote donation, assist donors with re‑hydration and observe for post‑donation reactions, and express gratitude to every donor.
- Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience.
- Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and set the stage for a long‑term commitment to regular donations.
- Assist donors with re‑hydrating after donation and observe for post‑donation reactions.
- Express gratitude and ensure each blood donor is sincerely thanked for their donation.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, passionate about our mission, possesses basic computer skills, and treats all donors and drive staff with respect.
