Water Quality Coordinator

• Coordinate water drop-offs by organizations such as Good Shepherd Food Bank
• Coordinate and schedule efforts to distribute water to community members
• Coordinate with Tribal Leadership to establish water policies and procedures
• Drive personal and/or company vehicles to pick up empty water jugs and refill them at the pump house
• Refill water jugs for elders and people with disabilities when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience working or living in the Sipayik community
• Valid Maine driver’s license that must be maintained
• Clean driving record
• Access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with Tribal Communities
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, public speaking, and listening skills
• Ability to lift and carry fifty (50) pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, load, unload, climb, etc.
• Must pass a criminal background check

Demonstrates strong coordination and communication skills while working with Tribal Communities to establish water policies and procedures. Capable of managing logistics for water distribution and ensuring compliance with safety and transportation requirements.
