Fort Kent, ME CRNA Locum Tenens Opportunity

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens opportunity in Fort Kent, ME. This assignment offers an independent CRNA practice model, diverse case exposure, and competitive compensation in a collaborative rural healthcare setting.

Opportunity Details:

  • Location: Fort Kent, ME
  • Contract Type: CRNA Locum Tenens
  • Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
  • Shift Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
  • Call Hours: 3 PM – 7 AM
  • Call Rotation: 1 full week on call every 3 weeks
  • Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Practice Setting: CRNA-Only Model (2 CRNAs covering cases) Facility Details: 2 ORs EMR System: SA Anesthesia Vaccination Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination required (Medical & Religious Exemptions Accepted) In-Person Orientation: Required prior to start date Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps available for clean files)

Case Types:

  • Endoscopy
  • Urology
  • General Surgery
  • GYN
  • Must be proficient in ultrasound-guided procedures

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Spinals, Blocks, & Epidurals
  • Case Logs Required: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Provider Requirements:

  • Certification: NBCRNA
  • Licensure: Active & Unrestricted ME State License & DEA
  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
