Schedule: Full-time, salaried (on-call as needed) - Sign-on Bonus: $6000 sign on bonus (paid out over first 9 months)!

- Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing and resident care services
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with assisted living standards
- Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Update service plans every six (6) months or as resident needs change
- Maintain 24-hour on-call availability for resident care and staffing needs
- Monitor resident documentation and report significant changes to families and physicians
- Coordinate wellness programs and routine health clinics
- Administer the resident care budget
- Ensure compliance with EOEA, HIPAA, and organizational policies
- Participate in quality assurance and leadership meetings
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN or RN licensure
- Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Geriatrics
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
