What You'll Do:
  • Provide leadership and oversight of all nursing and resident care services
  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff
  • Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with assisted living standards
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized service plans
  • Update service plans every six (6) months or as resident needs change
  • Maintain 24-hour on-call availability for resident care and staffing needs
  • Monitor resident documentation and report significant changes to families and physicians
  • Coordinate wellness programs and routine health clinics
  • Administer the resident care budget
  • Ensure compliance with EOEA, HIPAA, and organizational policies
  • Participate in quality assurance and leadership meetings
What You'll Need:
  • Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN or RN licensure
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Geriatrics
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
