Prime Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Administers medication by oral, rectal, topical, inhalation, eye or ear routes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse;
Takes initial vital signs and measurements and documents them on the vital sign flowsheet;
Assists with orientation of patient/resident/family to unit, facility and services;
Delivers patient/resident care promptly and accurately as directed by the RN/LPN and in accordance with the plan of care;
Contributes relevant information to RN/LPN for revision of the plan of care
