LPN / LVN – Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg / MST)

Full-time | Nights | 7p–7a | 12-Hour Shifts

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides direct and indirect patient care in a dynamic Medical‑Surgical (Med‑Surg / MST) unit. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), this role supports patient safety, care coordination, and quality outcomes while enhancing the overall patient experience.

• Provide bedside patient care in a Med‑Surg environment
• Monitor vital signs, patient status, and clinical changes
• Assist with medication administration, IV therapy, and blood draws
• Support care plans and patient throughput
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance
• Document care in EMR/EHR systems
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly

• 1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• 3. IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
• 4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• 5. Work experience in health care preferred.
