Impact Health PC, a leading advanced practitioner group in skilled nursing facilities across the Northeast, is dedicated to prioritizing patient care. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to cover Norway, Maine.
Compensation and Benefits- Earning potential: $110,000–$200,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)

- Deliver person‑centered care using evidence‑based practices

- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow‑up care
- Educate patients, families, and staff
- Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings
- Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Minimum 2 years of post‑certification experience
- Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU/SICU preferred
- Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
